Sachin my friend, what a beautiful article. Your tales about your childhood, facial expressions, out of air remind me of some of my own experiences. When you continued life and talked about meditation, this also described what I began exploring some 18 months ago. I too have found that 'inner peace' which eliminates my need to hide my stammer, because if I speak and stammer, it is OK. My stammer is unimportant. This very fact reduces my amount and severity of stammering. Two quotes spring to mind, In our childhood we learn how to stammer, and in adulthood we stammer when trying to hide our stammer. In meditation, when we our in touch with our subconscious minds we can decrease the importance of our difficulties and let whatever happens be OK. I love the Eckhart Tolle quote. One of these days I will have to contact him, because the true power of anyone lies in their subconscious mind. When they are identifying with their conscious minds they are disconnected from their true power and may have fear as their constant companion. This is very slightly different to what he says. Keep up the good progress of TISA. This is another task which will reduce your stammering further. Keith
