Jai, I enjoyed my time with you. It is very good that my visit enabled you to work more on your communication and leadership skills. Delegation is one leadership skill that need practice---to do it well--. Other aspect of leadership are motivating and inspiring your SHG members to become Leaders in their own homes and lives.
