Tks for asking that question Ari. Yes, absolutely. I find more severe cases need more work on fluency shaping tools and usually attitudinal changes, but not always. Sometimes someone with a mild dysfluency or covert needs more cognitive shaping. Every person is different and therapy has to be adjusted according to their needs.
