Ms. Vitko, What a great idea! I’m currently a graduate student in Western North Carolina learning more about fluency disorders, and I’m always excited to see tangible ideas for various treatments. Thanks for the inspiration. Do you think that these forms can be beneficial in addressing the thoughts and feelings associated with stuttering, as well as the actual behaviors themselves? My assumption is that it may be hard to jot down a quick note about how stuttering impacts a young adult’s internal self, but this experience may also empower him or her by identifying the feeling and getting it on paper. Do you have any stories to share regarding this? Thanks for your insight, Emily Riddle
