exercise is a conscious acknowledgement of your truths and will help you focus
on positive change.
- Fear can feel like a choke hold. Pretend
that the object of your fear is actually a blessing in disguise. How might
your stuttering turn out to help rather than hinder you?
- When you fear (stuttering) can¹t be avoided,
how do you react? Think about your stuttering, write down at least three
physical attributes of your fear. What does fear feel like in your body?

with a positive person at your side. Think about yourself handling this
