I found this to be very interesting. I'm a graduate student currently taking a class in stuttering, and I haven't come across this therapy method yet. I'd like to know more about how to apply it in therapy. Does it work like Melodic Intonation Therapy where you invent a rhythm (e.g., the client has to say a speech in front of the class)? Do you minimize the rhythmic quality of the speech until it sounds more like natural speech production?
