Textbook says the average person is 2% disfluent. We want to minimize struggle symptoms and unleash ferocious courage. Joe Biden stays under steady control. Bill Walton, Arthur Blank, Jack Welch, Emily Blunt and others have such minimal stuttering. They do not claim to be "fluent."
